Since 2020, the Southwestern PA Climbers Coalition has instituted an annual election program for its board of directors. 
The board is the governing body of the organization, responsible for carrying out SWPACC’s mission and managing its financial operations.
Each year, a number of board terms expire, triggering a nomination and election process. This year, five of eleven seats were available.
Voting wrapped up this past weekend, during which joint members of SWPACC and Access Fund cast their ballots, choosing among ten worthy candidates.
On behalf of the Southwestern PA Climbers Coalition, congratulations to the winners of the 2024 board election:

- Paul Guarino
- Eliza Porterfield
- Ginette Walker Vinski
- DJ Wilmot
Of the five elected, four are incumbents, with Nate Grygo joining for the first time.

Additionally, the SWPACC board thanks Lauren Endicott for her years of service. Lauren joined the board in 2020, and served as treasurer for a time. Her term expires in December.
